APPLICATION PROCEDURE

You can find an overview of the available ESP courses per week in the course configurator on the homepage. On the course pages, you will find more information about the fees, prerequisites and participants profile.

Click on the button below to open the course catalogue and register for one of the ESP courses. Tick the box for the academic year 2023 in order to see a complete overview of the ESP courses. Please note that you can register for one course at a time and that you need to pay the course fee directly, unless you are employed by Erasmus MC and prefer to arrange payment via the cost centre of your department. In this case a payment of €1.00 is required for administrative purposes.

Erasmus MC PhD candidates can participate free of charge (a payment of €1.00 is required for administrative purposes). Please note that in case of cancellation or no show, the cancellation policy applies based on the full course fee.

If you have a student ERNA-account, but you are unable to login, please send an email to graduateschool@erasmusmc.nl to request a reset of your account. You will not be able to login and register with an EMC-employee ERNA-account.

If a course is not available in the course catalogue, it could be that it is fully booked at the moment.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation for the course(s) on your student ERNA account e-mail address. In due time, you will be sent more information regarding the course(s) you have registered for.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge a cancellation fee of €75 for all cancellations made more than 22 days before the start of the course. Fifty percent of the course fee is due for cancellations made between 21 and 10 days before the starting date. The full course fee is due for cancellations made less than 10 days before the starting date, or in case of no show without cancellation.

For external participants, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided upon registration, for Erasmus MC PhD students, or Erasmus MC participants who chose to pay via the cost centre of their department, the invoice will be sent to the head of department.

Cancellations must be sent by email to graduateschool@erasmusmc.nl

If additional information is required to process your course registration, you will receive an email with a request to upload the information via OSIRIS Case. If the required information is not uploaded within 7 working days after the day on which the request is sent, we will cancel your course registration. Please note that the cancellation policy will apply based on the full course fee.
